Prepare the slow cooker by generously spraying with non-stick spray or by lining it with a slow cooker liner.

As easy as it is, combine 1 1/3 cups of steel-cut oats, 4 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 2 diced Granny Smith apples in the slow cooker.

Sir, mix all the ingredients until well combined.

Then, set the slow cooker to cook the oats for 6–8 hours on low, or until the oats are soft and cooked through.

When done, assemble the dish. Serve the oats in your favorite bowl, sprinkle with some brown sugar, and add additional chopped apples.
