Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 can (400 ml) of pineapple rings, cut in half
- 2 tbsp of pineapple juice (from the can)
- 6 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup of white granulated sugar
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
Directions:
Step 1
Heat your oven to 35o degrees F. Next, add 3/4 cup of white sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, 6 tbsp vegetable oil, and 1 egg. Whisk well together until a nice and creamy texture. After that, add 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 cup of flour. Give it a good stir until everything is well combined. Now, add 1 can of pineapple rings, 2 tbsp pineapple juice, and 1/2 cup of flour. Fold everything together until incorporated.

Next, spray some cooking spray on a 9″ baking pan and line it with parchment paper. Pour the cake batter and spread evenly. Place it in the preheated oven at 350 degrees F and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
