We always have leftover ham from a gathering, celebration, or holiday, and we turn it into different recipes, like this leftover ham and orzo casserole.   • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise

How to Make Old-Fashioned Ham Salad

Step 1:

Start by cutting the ham into large pieces and place them in your food processor. Pulse to chop the ham to the desired consistency.

Step 2:

In a medium-sized bowl, add 1 cup of chopped ham, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of mustard, and 2 teaspoons of sweet pickle relish. Mix everything until well combined. If it’s dry, add more mayo.
