Having freshly baked bread is one of the things that I always look forward to every day. That’s why I was so glad when I found out about this no-knead 4 -ingredient air fryer bread recipe by Simple Recipes Kitchen. It was so easy to make – perfect for those who don’t like baking.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of active dry yeast
  • 1 cup of water (room temperature)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

Step 1:

In a bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of active dry yeast, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Mix all the dry ingredients together.

Step 2:

Add 1 cup of water at room temperature to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.

Step 3:

Coat the sides of the bowl with oil so it will be easy to remove the dough once it doubles in size. Cover it with plastic wrap, then with a kitchen towel. Let it rest for 1 hour and 45 minutes until it almost doubled in size.

Step 4:

Grease a 7-inch round baking pan with oil or butter on all sides. Make sure that it can fit in your air fryer.

Step 5:

After 1 hour and 45 minutes, remove the cling wrap and air from the dough, then transfer it to the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle a little bit of flour on top. If you like sesame seeds, now is the time to add them.

Step 6:

Insert the pan into the basket of your air fryer and let it rest for about 30 minutes. Do not turn on the air fryer.

Step 7:

After 30 minutes, air fry your dough at 380F or 190C for about 25 to 30 minutes.

Step 8:

Once done, remove it from the air fryer and let it cool for 10 minutes inside the pan. After 10 minutes, remove from the pan and place on a cooling rack to continue cooling.

Step 9:

Serve with butter or spread. Enjoy!
