If you love caffeine and sweets like me, this no-bake coffee cream cake by Kirbyyy is the perfect dessert for you. It’s incredibly delicious and has the right balance of sweetness and bitterness. In a bowl, combine 1 cup of crushed graham and 1/4 cup of melted butter. Mix until well combined. It should have a crumbly texture.
Transfer the mixture to your pan and spread evenly. Flatten with a spatula or a glass with a flat bottom. Place in the fridge and let it chill for at least 10 minutes.
In a different bowl, add 2 1/4 cups of all-purpose and beat for about 10 minutes at medium speed until it becomes thick and fluffy.
Add 3/4 cup of condensed milk to the whipped cream and mix until well combined. Scrape the sides to make sure that everything is mixed.
Pour the mixture into the crust and spread evenly. Smoothen the top with a silicone spatula. Tap to remove air bubbles. Place it in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
Make the coffee cream. In a different bowl, add 3 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of instant coffee, and 3 tablespoons of hot water. Beat until soft peaks form.
Transfer the coffee cream to the top of the condensed milk mixture. Spread evenly, then dust it with cocoa powder.
Place in the fridge and let it chill overnight. Slice, serve on a plate, and enjoy!
