Ingredients:

  • 2 1/3 cups biscuit, crushed into pieces
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

Fudge Topping:

  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

Directions:

Step 1

To start, break the biscuits into smaller pieces and set them aside. Next, add 1/2 cup unsalted butter and 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate in a small bowl and microwave them for 30 seconds. After this, mix well to combine, then add 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Mix well until the cocoa dissolved completely, then stir in the crushed biscuits and add 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk.

Step 2

Once done, transfer the mixture into a parchment paper-lined cake pan and refrigerate for one hour. In the meantime, add 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate and 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk in a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Mix well and pour it on top of the cake immediately, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate for two to three hours or until firm enough. After this, cut it into squares and serve.
