Mountain Dew pickles sound weird, but I think it would work well because of the tangy flavor from the soda. Definitely Not Gourmet on YouTube shows how to easily make Mountain Dew pickles with only 3 ingredients. It’s an interesting combination and way to preserve pickles, and if you leave it in the fridge for days, I’m sure the Moutain Dew will soak into the pickles more. This is an easy way to make a different flavored pickle, and you can save the pickle juice for something else. I love pickles, and I would be interested in trying to see what this tastes like even though I do not like Mountain Dew.

Ingredients:

  • jar of pickles
  • Mountain Dew
  • green food coloring

Directions:

First, drain the pickle juice from the jar into a measuring cup and set it aside. Pour Mountain Dew into the pickle jar all the way full.
