The delicious shortbread chocolate bar ingredients were super basic and most I already had in the cupboard. After I made these chocolate bars, I was in complete shock at how easy they were. Oh my, they are so tasty and very impressive, I cannot recommend this recipe enough, my kids love them and also love to join in making them too. • 2 cups of all-purpose flour

• 1 can of Eagle Brand condensed milk
• 1/2 cup of unsalted butter (cut into pieces)
• 1/2 cup of Golden syrup (or light or dark corn syrup)

• 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Chocolate Ganache:

• 1 & 1/2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/3 cup of heavy cream
• A pinch of sea salt (to sprinkle on top)
