Cocktail Sauce:
Cucumber Drink:
Season the shrimp with 1/2 tsp seasoned salt, 1/2 tsp granulated onion powder, 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning. Mix and coat the shrimp with the seasonings, then transfer them to a preheated pan. Saute until cooked, then set aside. Now, make the cocktail sauce. Combine 1/2 cup of Clamato, 1/3 cup of ketchup, 1 tbsp Louisiana hot sauce, 1 tbsp Maggi seasoning sauce, 1 tbsp Tajin chili lime seasoning, the juice of a fresh lime, and salt to taste in a medium bowl. Mix everything well, then stir in 2 diced Roma tomatoes, 1/4 cup diced red onion, 1 diced jalapeno, and 1/2 cup chopped cilantro.
Add the cooked shrimp together with the rendered broth, and mix everything well. Lastly, stir in the fresh diced avocado. To make the cucumber drink, add the chopped cucumber, the lime without skin, 1 quart of water, 1/3 cup of sugar, and a pinch of salt in a blender cup. Place the lid on and blend them well. Pour it over ice and serve together with the shrimp cocktail. Enjoy!
