Ingredients:

  • heavy whipping cream
  • self-rising flour

Directions:

Step 1

Prepare your two ingredients – heavy whipping cream (which has more fat than regular whipping cream) and self-rising flour. Get 2 cups of self-rising flour and put it in a medium bowl. Next, add 1 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream. Mix thoroughly; the consistency of the mixture should be sticky. Grease the pan using spray oil. Pinch a bit of the dough, and then roll it in your hand. Place it in the greased pan. Next, flour the counter a bit, then cut the rest of the dough. Lay the dough on the floured counter, then cut it using a biscuit cutter. Put a bit of whipping cream in your hands and pat the biscuits on top.
