Ingredients:

  • 12 pcs graham cracker
  • 1 1/4 cups toasted pecans, divided
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, plus more for sprinkling
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 1/3 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • flaky sea salt (optional)

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F, line a 9 x 13″ baking pan, and then grease it with baking spray. Set it aside. Next, blitz 12 pieces of graham cracker and 1/2 cup toasted pecans in your food processor. After this, add 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter and blitz for the last time. Once done, transfer the mixture to your prepared baking pan, and press them to the bottom tightly using a measuring cup.

Step 2

Next, scatter around 3/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips over the crust followed by 3/4 cup of peanut butter chips, 1 1/3 cups of sweetened shredded coconut, and 3/4 cup chopped toasted pecans. After this, drizzle one can of sweetened condensed milk over the top, then sprinkle some flaky sea salt. Place it in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes or until nice and golden. After baking, sprinkle some more chocolate chips on top, then let them chill for two hours. After this, cut them into squares and serve.
