Keto is all the rage and it’s a very healthy way to eat, so I’m always on the lookout for new and delicious keto recipes. I was toying with the idea of doing a complete keto Thanksgiving so I went searching on Youtube for some recipes. I found this delicious Keto Pumpkin Pie Recipe and fell in love with it. The greatest thing about this recipe is the fact that it covers a whole list of natural, organic, and gluten-free options that you can always have in your kitchen as staples to make many other keto and gluten-free dishes. These Include: Himalayan Sea Salt, Organic Cinamon, Organic Vanilla, Aluminum Free Baking Powder, Organic Canned Pumpkin, Organic Baking Soda, Grass-Fed Butter (Kerry Gold is pictured, I like Organic Valley), Organic Coconut Flour, Monkfruit Sugar, Horizon Organic Milk, and Flax Meal.

First I made the crust by combining 4 ounces of Organic Butter, 3/4 cup Organic Coconut Flour, and 2 Whisked Organic Eggs and worked it all together. This makes a great keto pie crust you can use for many dishes.
