Ingredients:

  • 1 sweet or vidalia onion
  • chives
  • 2 lbs chicken breast (chicken cutlets), thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • minced garlic
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pkg onion soup or onion dip mix
  • 1 pkg spreadable herb cheese or 4 oz cream cheese
  • sour cream and onion potato chips, optional

Dredge:

  • 1/3 – 1/4 all-purpose flour
  • kosher salt
  • garlic powder
  • pepper

Directions:

First, prep the veggies and thinly slice the onions. Then, chop the chives and set aside. Dredge the thinly sliced chicken breast and place it in the flour mixture on both sides.
