Ingredients:

  • 1 sweet or vidalia onion
  • chives
  • 2 lbs chicken breast (chicken cutlets), thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • minced garlic
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pkg onion soup or onion dip mix
  • 1 pkg spreadable herb cheese or 4 oz cream cheese
  • sour cream and onion potato chips, optional

Dredge:

  • 1/3 – 1/4 all-purpose flour
  • kosher salt
  • garlic powder
  • pepper
