Fall is the traditional season for planting, so I love to get started on my planting as soon as I feel that first blast of cold weather. When I found this Fall garlic planting video tutorial by Podgardening, on YouTube, I knew it was the right time to get my garlic planting going. I had been considering growing garlic for quite a while now, but I thought it might be a difficult crop to grow. After watching this video tutorial, I realized it could be so easy to plant and harvest your own garlic. You just want to make sure and plant your cloves one hand length apart and one thumb lengths deep.
Materials For Garlic Planting:
- Soil (you can grow these in a pot or container as well)
- Garlic cloves (use organic if you can)
- Water
