Puppy chow is one of my favorite snacks, and I have eaten a lot of it during the holidays. Lately, I have been thinking it would actually be nice to serve at Halloween as well. I looked all over for my old recipe for puppy chow, but I could not find it anywhere, so I started searching on the internet for a new recipe that sounded as good as my old one. Ingredients For Puppy Chow:
- 7 cups of Rice Chex (or Corn Chex)
- 1 1/2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 6 tablespoons of salted butter (cut into 6pieces)
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 to 4 cups of powdered sugar

You start by making your chocolate coating by melting your peanut butter and chocolate chips. Then you will coat all of your rice Chex with the warm chocolate sauce.
