Making these DIY blinds is easier than you can imagine. You can pull it up and down like you would with normal blinds. When it’s open, it creates a beautiful curved design on the bottom. What I love most about this project is that you can choose whatever print and color you want to match your space. If you have a plain room and want to add a pop color to your space, choose wallpaper with bright, bold colors and prints.

Measure the length and width of your window. Add a few inches to the length, then use those measurements to cut the wallpaper.
Fold the wallpaper in an accordion fold or z-fold.
Mark the center of the fold then drill a hole with a thin drill bit.
Thread a string through the hole. Tape the top end, then add a a long bead to the bottom.
Take double sided tape and stick it to the edge of the wallpaper.
Stick the blind to the upper window frame and it’s done.
