This coil quilt block is a 16-patch block that can be made in any size and color, and this is also perfect for beginners because it’s super simple and easy to make. This is probably one of my favorite quilt blocks of all time, and I love making this using different fabric prints, colors, and even sizes.

Print fabric
Solid color fabric
Cut the fabrics according to the size instructed above, then assemble all of the fabric pieces together, and refer to the video tutorial for more accuracy. Now, start stitching the pieces per column, then give them a good press, and proceed to stitch the columns to each other. Give them a good press, then continue to make more blocks, and put the blocks together however you want.
