Directions:

How to grow ginger

Give the ginger a good wash, then break it into pieces, and then lay them inside a bowl. Fill the bowl with a little bit of water, then cover the bowl with a thick and damp cloth or towel. After leaving it for 7 days, noticeable long budding and roots will start to appear, that’s when they’re ready to be transferred to a large pot. Bury the ginger itself in soil, leaving the tall stem exposed, spray water on them, then after 7 days stems, you’ll see that the stems will be taller and leaves will start to grow.

How to grow garlic

Peel the outer layer of skin of the whole garlic bulb, then cut the top of each clove open, but leave the stem and bottom intact. Cut several plastic bottles, one for each bulb, then fill it with water stopping about an inch from the rim. Place each garlic head right side up, then after 2 days, you’ll see that the bottom will grow its roots. Let it grow thicker and longer, then after 7 days, transfer to a larger pot or garden bed. Break each clove apart from each other and bury them right side up with the stem exposed. Generously water to rehydrate them.
