Cleaning a porcelain sink is different than cleaning a stainless steel one, and you need to know how to do it properly to keep your porcelain sink in its best condition. I have tried different cleaning products before but only a few worked while some only had minimal to no effect at all.

But, after I discovered this video tutorial by Clean Freak & Germaphobe on YouTube, I never switched to a cleaning method and have only used this one since. It was very effective for me and is also ideal since you don’t need to purchase a lot of cleaning solutions and tools.
Step 1
Get your SOS steel wool scrub pad and scrub your entire sink with it, then wet it with water, wring it lightly over a toothbrush, and make sure that some of the product gets into the brush.
Step 2
Continue to brush the sink especially the nooks and crannies that the scrub pad can’t reach, then brush the faucet as well, and while you’re at it, go over the drain, too.
Step 3
Give the sink a good rinse, then if you have some spots on the sink that still haven’t been removed, try using CLR Calcium, Lime, and Rust Remover, if it still doesn’t work, then try a magic eraser.
