Ingredients:

  • 2 lb potatoes
  • 1 head garlic
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sweet smoked Spanish paprika
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • a pinch of salt
  • a dash of ground black pepper
  • handful of chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. Next, wash your potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry. Cut them into evenly-sized wedges, then transfer them to a large bowl. After this, break one head of garlic into individual pieces, then cut a slit into each clove, and add them to the potatoes. Add in 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tsp sweet smoked Spanish paprika, 1 tsp dried rosemary, a pinch of salt, and a dash of ground black pepper. Toss together gently, making sure each piece of potato is coated well.

Step 2

Once done, transfer the potatoes to a parchment paper-lined baking tray, spreading them evenly, skin side down. Place them in the preheated 425 degrees F oven and bake them for 30 minutes. After baking, transfer the potatoes to a serving dish and garnish with a handful of chopped fresh parsley. Serve and enjoy!
