  • 1/2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp spice and herb blend
  • 1/2 tbsp of kickin’ chicken finger spice blend
  • 1 – 2 tbsp hot sauce

Flour mixture:

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • paprika
  • salt
  • cayenne pepper
  • kickin’ chicken finger spice blend

Egg mixture:

  • 2 eggs
  • hot sauce

For the dip:

  • 3 sticks of unsalted butter
  • 1 head of garlic, chopped
  • fresh chopped parsley, chopped
  • Weber’s roasted garlic and herb seasoning

Directions:

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken tenders and season with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp of ground black pepper, 1/2 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/2 tbsp spice and herb blend, 1/2 tbsp of kickin’ chicken finger spice blend, and 1 – 2 tbsp hot sauce. Mix well and set aside. Next, make the coating for the chicken. Combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, paprika, salt, cayenne pepper, and kickin’ chicken finger spice blend. Whisk well, then toss all your chicken tenders on it, ensuring they are properly coated. Next, combine two eggs and some hot sauce in a bowl, then dredge the chicken fingers. After this, cover them with the flour mixture, shake off the excess, then set them aside.

Step 2

(To make the garlic herb sauce, melt three sticks of butter in a saucepan. Once melted, remove the skim on top, then turn off the stove. Let it cool down for 15 minutes, then toss in the chopped garlic. Transfer the mixture to a small bowl, then add the freshly chopped parsley. Season with some Weber’s roasted garlic and herb seasoning and mix well.)

Step 3

Once you have coated all the chicken tenders, deep fry them in a deep pot at 350 degrees F until golden brown. After you fried all the chicken fingers, transfer them to a bowl and drizzle the garlic herb butter sauce on top.
