These ham and cheese pinwheels by El Mundo Eats are one of the best snacks to make at home. No need to buy them from bakeries as you can easily bake them in your kitchen with just one puff pastry sheet. They are cheesy, savory, and baked to perfection. Everyone will love this appetizer, especially the kids. Serve them at parties, gatherings, or for breakfast – I am sure they will be a hit!

These ham and cheese pinwheels only require a handful of ingredients and a few minutes to prepare. They come together quickly and easily! You don’t have to make the dough, as you will use a store-bought puff pastry. Each roll is packed with cheese, turkey ham, and a delicious mustard sauce. This is also a great way to use up all of your leftover ham from dinner.

In a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon of dried dill, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Mix until well combined.
Lay the puff pastry on your working surface. Evenly spread the mustard mixture on top.
Lay the 6 ham slices on top of the mustard layer, then cover with 9 slices of harvati cheese.
Sprinkle grated parmesan and 2 tablespoons of chopped chives on top.
Roll the puff pastry tightly into a log. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Remove from the freezer and slice into 1/2″ rolls. Place them in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven at 375F for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Once done baking, remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chopped chives on top. Leave for 5 minutes on the pan then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
