Ingredients:

  • 8 oz of sliced mushrooms (portobello or baby bella)
  • green beans
  • olive oil
  • soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic

Directions:

Step 1

Heat some olive oil in a pan, then add your green beans. Get them nicely covered with oil and get them all cooked nice and evenly all around. About a minute in, go ahead and add soy sauce to your liking and mix. After they’re all covered with soy sauce, take them off and set them aside. In the same pan, add some olive oil again, then add your mushrooms. Mix them around and cook them nice and evenly and after 2 minutes, add some soy sauce, then just let them cook a little longer.

Step 2

When your mushrooms are getting close to done, re-add your green beans to the pan. Stir everything well and once you got everything mixed together, add 2 cloves of minced garlic and stir everything. Let them cook for another 20 to 30 seconds. After this, transfer to a serving plate and serve.
