Materials:

  • 1 – turnover pack (precut 6″ half-square triangles)
  • 1 – charm pack
  • background fabric

Directions:

Step 1

Cut four 5″ squares for the background corners and two 6″ squares to match up with your triangles. Set aside. Next, cut those two 6″ squares into half, then sew them with the turnover triangles, right sides together, along the long sides, to make the half-square triangles. Press them open, then trim them down to 5″ square.

Step 2

Now, lay your charm pack square in the center, then your half-square triangles all the way around the edges, and the 5″ square background on four corners. Once done, sew those pieces in rows, then sew those rows together to finish the block.
