If you’re running out of options for your Fourth of July spread, or you’re still planning on what to make, learn how to make this firecracker popsicle cupcake. This tutorial by Gino Hernaiz on YouTube is one of the perfect sweet recipes to keep festive for the holiday. Firecracker popsicles are such a classic to Fourth of July so I thought it would be a great idea to share this recipe. This is a great dessert to serve, and super picture-worthy. I love the idea of turning these popsicles to a decoration on top of the cupcake for The Fourth of July. This is a cute idea and there are many ways to play around with the decorations to have different topping options. I think having the three colors in one pastry bag for the icing is such a clever idea. The result of the three colors blended so well. Overall, this is a nice dessert to add to the table for the Fourth of July celebration.

Next, to create the firecracker popsicle candy decoration, use almond bark and food coloring. Get a popsicle mold tray and fill with the red, white, and blue almond bark into its pattern. Let those harden in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
