Easy 30-Minute Taco Spaghetti Recipe

This is super easy to prepare because you can cook this all in one pot and it will only take 30 minutes until it is ready for serving. So, if you’re looking for the perfect dish to share with your family or to feed a crowd, then this taco spaghetti is something that you must try!
Ingredients:
- 1½ pounds of beef
- 16 ounces of spaghetti noodles
- 1 can of Rotel
- 1 can of enchilada sauce
- 2 packs of taco seasonings
- 1 medium onion
- Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp of tomato paste
- 4 cups of beef broth or water
- Sharp cheddar and mozzarella cheese
- Cilantro, for garnish
Directions:
Step 1
Place a pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then place the ground beef, and break it apart. Cook the meat until it is no longer pink, then add the onions, and give them a good toss. Let it cook for a few seconds, then add the taco seasoning, and mix them until combined. Add the garlic, then continue to cook them together, and drain the excess grease. Now, add the tomato paste and more taco seasoning, then mix them all together to combine, and add the Rotel and enchilada sauce.

Step 2
Mix them all together until combined, then taste and adjust the flavor as needed, and add the noodles. Now, pour the beef broth or water, then submerge the noodles until covered, and place the lid on the pan. Allow it to cook over medium heat for about 13 minutes making sure to check and stir every 5 minutes. Lastly, add the cheese, then put the cover back into the pan, and allow it to cook for a few more minutes until melted. Garnish with cilantro, then serve, and enjoy!
