Ingredients:

  • 2 medium potatoes, boiled
  • 2 tsp corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 green chili,  chopped
  • bread crumbs
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

Directions:

Step 1

To start, boil the potatoes until they’re fork-tender, then transfer them to a bowl, and mash them. After this, add 2 tsp corn flour, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper, a pinch of turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, 1 chopped green chili, bread crumbs, and salt to taste. Mix everything until well combined.

Step 2

Form small balls by rolling some mixture into your palms. Repeat this until you have rolled all the mixture. In another bowl, add 2 tbsp wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and some water. Mix it until there are no lumps. Dip the potato balls in the wheat flour mixture, then coat them with bread crumbs. Heat some oil under medium heat and fry the potato balls until golden brown.
