This is one of my absolute favorite recipes when I need a quick meal idea to serve for lunch or dinner, and I highly recommend that you give it a try, I’m sure your family will love this, too. Learn how now by watching the video tutorial down below.
Step 1
Place a pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then add some cooking oil to the pan, and let the oil heat up. Add the sliced onions, then saute them until softened, and then add the ginger, garlic, masala powder, chili flakes, cinnamon stick, and cilantro.
Step 2
Season them with some salt and pepper to taste, then give them a good toss, and saute them for a few more minutes until the spice activates. Place the beef, then stir them well until evenly combined, and cook the beef for a few minutes.
Step 3
Add the diced tomatoes, then give them a good stir until tender, and then pour in the beef stock followed by the rice. Stir everything together, then bring them to a boil, and cover the pan with the lid. Allow it to simmer for about 20 minutes over medium-low heat, then garnish with cilantro, and serve. Enjoy!
