Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Jelly powder
  • 2 cups boiling hot water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp agar-agar powder

Directions:

Step 1

In a measuring cup or bowl filled with boiling water, add the jello powder, then give them a good stir until well combined and uniform, and pour them into 4 different containers evenly. Add a few drops of food coloring to each container making sure to add different colors on each, then stir them until well combined, and place them in the fridge to chill until set. Brush and grease a 7-inch pan, then once the jelly is ready, slice each color into small cubes, and pour them into the greased pan.

Step 2

Lightly mix the jelly together, then set them aside, and place a deep pan on a stove over low heat. Pour the milk into the pan, then add the sugar, and agar-agar powder, and let it cook while stirring consistently until it starts boiling. Add the vanilla, then give it a good stir, and allow it to cook for about 5 more minutes. Let it cool down for a while, then pour it over the jelly cubes propping it up with a spatula to let the liquid seep in, and make sure to cover the top completely with the liquid. Put it back into the fridge and let it set, then slice, serve, and enjoy!
