  • 4-5 apples
  • 5 medium eggs
  • 5.6 oz of sugar
  • 5.6 oz of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • pinch of salt
  • vanilla
  • butter
  • powdered sugar

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 356 degrees F and start cutting all of the 5 apples into thin slices. Set aside once done. In a bowl, put 5 medium eggs, then add a pinch of salt and vanilla. Whisk and then sparingly sprinkle the sugar. Continue whisking until you have a thick consistency.

Step 2:

Sift the flour and add sour cream and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Stir until incorporated.

Step 3:

Get your baking pan and put a baking sheet (the one in the video is a 9.45 x 9.45 inches baking pan). Then using a brush, spread some butter on all sides. Then sprinkle a tablespoon of sugar. Next, arrange the slices of apple at the bottom of the dish. Once done, pour half of the mixture. Then put the second layer of apple. Now it’s ready to go in the oven. Bake it at 356 degrees F for 35-40 minutes.

Step 4:

Remove from the pan and place on a plate. Then sift some powdered sugar on top. Slice, then serve!
