Ingredients for Marry Me Chicken Tortellini:

  • 1 pound of boneless & skinless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ tsp of pepper
  • ½ tsp of paprika
  • ½ tsp of garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp of salt
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 cups of parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp of red pepper flakes, optional
  • ½ cup of sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 19oz of frozen cheese tortellini

Step 1

Put the diced chicken in a large bowl, then season it with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, and toss them until evenly coated. Place a large skillet on a stove over medium-high heat, then add the butter, and let it melt before adding the seasoned chicken.

Step 2

Saute the chicken until browned and cooked through, then remove the chicken, and set it aside. Reduce the heat to medium, then add the garlic, chicken broth, heavy cream, red pepper flakes, and sundried tomatoes, and bring them to a simmer.

Step 3

Once simmering, add the tortellini, then cover the pan with the lid, and reduce the heat to low. Let the tortellini cook for about 7 to 9 minutes or until cooked through, then put the chicken back into the pan, and add in the parmesan cheese. Stir everything together until combined, then serve, and enjoy!
