This quilt block idea only requires 1 print fabric and 1 background fabric, and this also produces little to no scraps at all which is super convenient if you hate wasting materials. Don’t miss out on this wonderful quilt project and learn how to make this now by learning the steps below.
Step 1
Cut 1 square print square at 6-7/8″, then cut it in half diagonally, and set it aside. Cut 1 print and 1 background square at 4.5″ each, then stack them together, and cut them in half diagonally in both directions to make 4 triangles each.
Step 2
Assemble the pieces as shown in the video, then cut a background square at 3½”, and place it in the empty corner. Stitch them together with ¼” seam allowance, then press the seams nicely as you go, and continue to make more block. Arrange the blocks however you want and stitch them together.
