A delicious and easy honey garlic glazed salmon recipe by Cooking With Claudia on Youtube is one of the best lunch or dinner meals you can have at home. It’s perfectly seasoned with different seasonings that complement well with each other. I usually cook this whenever I don’t have much time to prepare a dish for the whole family as it’s super quick to prepare, and it only requires common ingredients that I already have in my pantry. Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/2 lbs of salmon (make sure to your fresh salmon)
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • sliced lemons

Instructions:

Step 1:

Add melted butter, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Mix everything until well combined.

Step 2:

In your baking pan, lay some slices of lemon. Next, place the salmon on top of the lemons.

Step 3:

Pour the marinade all over the salmon. Let it marinate for exactly 1 hour to let the flavors soak into the salmon. Cover the baking pan with a cling wrap and place in the fridge. While it’s marinating, make sure to baste it every 20 minutes.

Step 4:

After marinating, let it sit on the counter for 15 minutes to come to room temperature so it will cook evenly.

Step 5:

Put your oven to a broil setting and cook for 10 minutes. After that, baste it very well with the sauce. Place it back into the oven and broil for another 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate and pour the sauce on top of the salmon. Enjoy!
