Fresh garlic is something I love, but I never like to peel it. I was so happy when I found this garlic peeling video tutorial by Glen And Friends Cooking, on YouTube, because I really want to eat more fresh garlic. I found this revolutionary idea while browsing videos by Chef Glen, and I was so amazed at how easy this garlic peeling recipe was, I realized I had been putting myself through garlic peeling torment unnecessarily my whole life.

This method is so easy there is a special way that you remove the top off of the garlic, you don’t have to remove the whole thing from the inside. You just slice off the little tentacles. Then you will stick your kife directly into each clove. When you spear the garlic you will twist the knife, as Glen does in the video tutorial.

Then what you will see next is literally magic, you will just be able to remove the clove from the pod without ever touching the garlic, and the garlic doesn’t have skin, it peels itself!
