Start your day with refreshing drinks that are not only delicious but also healthy. Detoxifying beverages can improve your digestion, energy levels, as well as your skin. They are also easy to make and with regards to the ingredients, you can always tweak some of it as long as you keep in mind to maintain the 80% vegetable and 20% fruit ratio. Ingredients:

Herbal Green Detox Juice

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 Green apples
  • 4 stalks of celery
  • ½ bunch (roughly 2 cups) of spinach
  • ¼ bunch (roughly 1 cup) of cilantro
  • ¼ bunch (roughly 1 cup) of basil
  • 1-inch ginger
  • 1 Lemon

Berry Beet Detox Juice

  • 2 Red beets
  • 6 leaves of purple kale
  • ½ Purple cabbage
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 cup Fresh mixed berries, if using frozen thaw first

Morning Glow Detox Juice

  • 4 Golden beets
  • 4 large Carrots
  • 2 large Oranges
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 inch of raw turmeric or 1 tsp of turmeric powder
  • 1 Lemon

Directions:

Herbal Green Detox Juice

Wash all of the produce well, peel if needed, then cut into small pieces, just the right sizes to fit into the juicer. Start juicing each ingredient, then transfer it into a mason jar and serve right away. This is best to be consumed within 1-2 hours, however, if you want to store it, put it in an airtight glass container and place it in the refrigerator for only up to 3 days.

Berry Beet Detox Juice

Wash all of the produce well, peel if needed, then cut into small pieces, except the berries. Start juicing each ingredient, then pour it onto a blender together with the mixed berries. Blend it for about 30 seconds or until smooth, then transfer into a mason jar and serve right away (you can strain the juice or drink it as is). This is best to be consumed within 1-2 hours, however, if you want to store it, put it in an airtight glass container and place it in the refrigerator for only up to 3 days.
