This easy creamy tuna pasta bake by Kitchen Sanctuary is the perfect dinner meal. It’s creamy, delicious, and filling! It is a combination of rigatoni pasta, cheese, sweet corn, peas, and a creamy sauce. Everything blends well Everyone in my family loves this recipe so much, and we make it every time we have canned tuna at home. Preparing this meal is easier than you can imagine!

You probably already have most of the ingredients in your pantry, like butter, milk, all-purpose flour, onion, and cheese. The homemade sauce is super cheesy, creamy, and flavorful. I bet it will be gone in just a few minutes!
It is already a filling meal, but if you want to serve it with a side, you can choose from a garden salad, garlic bread, potato wedges, or steamed broccoli.

Start by preheating your oven to 350F.
Fill a large pan of water and let it come to a boil. Once boiling, add the pasta and cook for 10 minutes.
While waiting for the pasta, melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the onion. Cook over low heat for 6 to 8 minutes until soft.
Turn the heat to medium and add the flour. Stir and cook for about 1 to 2 minutes.
Slowly pour the milk while mixing using a whisk.
Continue to heat the mixture while stirring until it thickens.
Stir in 2/3 of the cheese until melted. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta and transfer into a baking dish.
Pour the white sauce over the pasta, then add the tuna, sweetcorn, and peas. Mix everything, then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is golden brown. Garnish with fresh parsley then serve. Enjoy!
