This yummy coffee chocolate dessert is so easy and quick to make that you can prepare it in as fast as 10 minutes! It requires no baking at all so no need to worry about not having an oven, plus, the ingredients are pretty simple and easy to find, most of them you might already have available in your kitchen.

Ingredients for Coffee Chocolate Dessert:

Coffee Mixture, for dipping

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp of instant coffee

Coffee Mixture, for the cream mixture

  • 2 tbsp of milk
  • 1 tsp of coffee powder
  • 1 tsp of cocoa powder

Cream Mixture

  • 1 cup of whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp of powdered sugar
  • Rusk biscuits

For Topping

  • Chocolate sauce

Step 1

In a saucepan or large deep pan, add the milk, sugar, and instant coffee, then give them a good mix to combine, and bring the mixture to a boil.

Step 2

Once boiling, turn off the heat and set the coffee aside for later. In a bowl, add the milk, coffee powder, and cocoa powder, then stir them until combined, and set aside.

Step 3

In a mixing bowl, add the whipping cream, then beat until soft peaks form, add in the coffee-cocoa mixture and powdered sugar, and keep beating until incorporated.

Step 4

Dip the biscuits in the prepared coffee mixture, then place them in a baking dish in a single layer, and spread some cream on the top spreading it evenly.

Step 5

Repeat the process, then decorate the top with the chocolate sauce, and cover it with plastic wrap. Place it in the refrigerator, then allow it to chill for at least 1 hour, and serve. Enjoy!
