Ingredients for Cheesy Sausage Balls:

• 4 medium hot Italian sausages, casing removed
• 1¾ cup of Bisquick
• 3 cups of old cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 tsp of salt
• 2 tsp of ground black pepper
• 1 tsp of garlic powder
• 1 tsp of smoked paprika
• 2 tbsp of freshly chopped parsley or dried

How to Make Cheesy Sausage Balls:

Step 1

In a large bowl, add the sausage, Bisquick, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and fresh or dried parsley, then mix everything until incorporated and combined.

Step 2

Grab a handful of the mixture or use an ice cream scooper instead, then shape it in your hands into a ball, and place it in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 3

Do the same for the rest of the mixture, then place them in an oven preheated at 350°F, and allow them to bake for about 25 minutes. Serve and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
