Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces or 4¼ tbsp of cold cream cheese
  • 1½ tbsp of powdered sugar
  • 2 ounces or 4 tbsp of cold heavy cream
  • ¼ tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 heaping tsp of peanut butter
  • Strawberry jam or freshly chopped strawberries
  • Golden Oreos and sprinkles

Toppings

  • Melted Nutella or peanut butter
  • Mini peanut butter cups
  • Whipped cream
  • Strawberry jam
  • Crushed Oreos
  • Sprinkles

Directions:

Cheesecake Base

You can either crush the cookies to crumbs and mix together with melted butter, or break it apart in large chunks, or soak a whole one in milk instead.

Peanut Butter Cheesecake

Place the cheesecake base of your choice at the bottom of a serving cup, then in a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, cold heavy cream, and vanilla extract until well combined, and beat in the peanut butter. Transfer the filling to the mug, smoothen out the top, then pour some melted chocolate or peanut butter over the filling, and place a couple of mini peanut butter cups on top as well.

Party Cheesecake

Place the cheesecake base of your choice at the bottom of a serving cup, then in a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, cold heavy cream, and vanilla extract until well combined. Transfer the filling to the mug, and smoothen out the top, then add the crumbled and crushed cookies and sprinkles, and gently fold in to combine. Pipe whipped cream on top of the cheesecake filling, then place a whole biscuit on top and add sprinkles all around.

Strawberry Cheesecake

Place the cheesecake base of your choice at the bottom of a serving cup, then in a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, cold heavy cream, and vanilla extract until well combined, and beat in the strawberry jam or chopped fresh strawberries. Transfer the filling to the mug, and smoothen out the top, then pour some strawberry jam over the filling and then garnish it with a fresh piece of strawberry.
