This banana pudding is packed with creamy vanilla pudding, fresh banana slices, cookies, and whipped cream. It’s incredibly easy to make and doesn’t require any baking. To make this, you only need 8 ingredients – whole milk, condensed milk, vanilla pudding mix, heavy cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, wafer cookies, and bananas.

No-Bake Banana Pudding Ingredients

  • 2 cups of whole milk
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 5 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups of heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 3 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1 box of vanilla wafer cookies (16 oz)
  • 5 bananas

How to Make Banana Pudding

Step 1:

In a large mixing bowl, add the milk and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk them together. Sprinkle instant pudding and mix again until there are no lumps. You can use your electric mixer or you can do it by hand. Chill for 5 minutes or until set.

Step 2:

In a bowl, add 2 cups of heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 2 teaspoons of vanilla. Mix on high speed until stiff peaks form.

Step 3:

Take the pudding from the refrigerator then fold in the the whipped cream.

Step 4:

Arrange a layer of cookies to the bottom of your trifle dish or a large bowl. Next, place a quarter of the pudding mixture over it then smoothen using a spatula. Add another layer of cookies, then cover the sides with a row of cookies. Add a layer of banana slices on top, followed by a quarter of the pudding mixture again. Smoothen the top.

Step 5:

Keep layer the cookies, banana slices, and pudding mixture until full. Make sure to alternate a row of banana slices with the cookies you are pressing against the wall of your dish.

Step 6:

Make the topping. Add 1 cup of heavy cream, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla  in a bowl and whip until stiff peaks. Pile on top then sprinkle crumbled cookies on top. Serve.
