I kept seeing the viral spaghetti from TikTok and I can’t help but crave it, so I finally decided to make it at home and share it with my family. I used this recipe by Kiwanna’s Kitchen on YouTube and it was so delicious that the whole serving is gone in just a few minutes! I should’ve tried making this recipe sooner because it was definitely one of the best dishes that I have ever tasted. You will surely be impressed with this, too, expect clean plates when you serve this to the table.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • Spaghetti, cooked according to package instructions
  • 1 jar of Alfredo sauce
  • Milk
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Favorite seasoning, to taste
  • 1 (8-ounce) block of cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp of minced garlic
  • Onion, chopped
  • Bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 jar of Ragu sauce, or any pasta sauce
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Grated cheese, any kind you prefer

Directions:

Step 1

Place a skillet on a stove over medium heat, then add the Alfredo sauce, rinse the jar with some milk, and add it to the skillet as well. Season it with salt and pepper to taste, then give them a good stir, add the cream cheese, and continue to break apart and mix them together to combine. Add the minced garlic, then stir them to combine, add the cooked spaghetti, and carefully toss them all together until well combined.

Step 2

Let it simmer until the sauce has thickened, then transfer it to a greased casserole dish, and spread it evenly. Sprinkle some grated parmesan all over the top, then set it aside while preparing the meat sauce. Place a skillet on a stove over medium-high heat, then add the ground beef, and break it apart. Add the chopped onions and bell peppers, then give them a good toss, and season them with your favorite seasoning.

Step 3

Give them a good stir and cook them until the veggies are translucent and the beef is nice and brown. Remove the excess grease, then add the pasta sauce, rinse the jar with some water, and add it to the mixture as well. Mix them all together and let them simmer until the sauce has thickened, then once done cooking the meat sauce, scoop it all over the top of the pasta, and sprinkle more cheese over them until covered. Place it in a preheated oven, then allow it to bake for about 35 minutes, and serve. Enjoy!
