Materials:

  • small clay pots
  • clay bowl
  • plastic sheet
  • container
  • cement mixture
  • water-soluble paint
  • paintbrush
  • potting soil
  • indoor plants
  • white gravel

Directions:

Step 1

Take the clay bowl and put a plastic sheet inside. Set it aside. In a large container, prep the cement mixture and mix it according to the instructions. Once done, pour the cement into the clay bowl. Let it dry. After it dried, cut the excess plastic sheet. Mix another batch of cement mixture and use it to assemble the small clay pots. (You can design and place the clay pots according to your preference, be creative!) Once you place the clay pots, hold them in place for five minutes to let the cement tighten.

Step 2

Once dried, fill up the gaps between the clay pots with the cement as well. Continue doing this until you’re satisfied with the look of your design. After this, paint the project with water-soluble paint. Now, fill each pot with potting soil, then plant small indoor plants. Put some white gravel at the bottom base for added decoration. Water the plants and put the project in your desired place.

Since I lover experiments, I’ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
