You’ll only need basic crafting materials found around your home for this DIY. It may look complex, but it’s actually pretty easy to make. Just follow the step by step instructions found below, and you’ll be able to make this in no time!
Trace a star shape on a piece of cardboard, then put a hot glue around the edges. Attach it to the red felt paper, then cut out the excess. Repeat this on the other side as well. After this, glue a red pipe cleaner all around to hide the seam. Next, cut a small triangle on a white faux fur, and glue it upside down on the star, making the beard of the gnome. Then, attach the wooden bead on the center top for the nose. Set it aside.

Next, cut two small triangles from the green felt paper, glue them together, leaving the bottom open, and then attach a green pipe cleaner around to hide the seam. After this, insert it into the top part of the star, then secure it with hot glue. Add another green pipe cleaner to the bottom part of the hat to hide the seam. Now, decorate the corners of the star with small bells, then put a larger bell on the topmost corner. Finally, make the hang using a piece of twine and glue the snowflake in the center of the hat.
