These paper Christmas gnomes by SimplePaperMade on YouTube are so cute and festive to make for holiday decor or to attach to gift items. It would look so good to add these onto Christmas packaging to add a personalized touch. This tutorial is easy to follow along with and it takes only a few steps to make this. You can make a bunch of gnomes in 30 minutes, and I love how creative it is. Also, it would be a nice Christmas craft to make with the kids where they can design the gnome’s hat and help glue everything together.

Supplies:

  • Tant paper (or colored paper)
  • Gold-colored Ballpoint Pen (Pentel Hybrid Dual Metallic)
  • Paper knife
  • Envospen
  • Circular ruler
  • Tweezers
  • scissors
  • Wood glue
  • Glue Bottle

Directions:

First, use the circular ruler to measure out the size of the gnome hat. Cut the 90-degree paper shape, and glue the sides together to make a cone shape. Take your pen or marker and design the gnome’s hat. Then, cut out a small circle for the nose.

Overall, I love how cute and miniature these paper Christmas gnomes turned out. They are great for decor around the house, or to place over the top of an opened wine bottle. You can be creative and use these paper Christmas gnomes for anything. There are so many possibilities to go about them. I would attach these on thin strings and hang them from the ceiling where they are floating in the air.
