Pressure washing
Even though you think that your house doesn’t need some deep cleaning, pressure washing certain areas could actually make a huge difference. Once you have done it, you’ll be surprised at the amount of dirt you’ll be able to remove, and you can also make a real transformation to your house.
Hedge and tree pruning
Overgrown trees and shrubs are just an eyesore but there’s an easy fix for that. Simply trimming the trees and shrubs can help in creating a curb appeal, while you’re at it, give your bushes a nice round shape as well
Weed control and mulch
Rip out all your old weed control and dig out all the gross mulch, then start fresh. It might be easier to rake all of the old debris and mulch into a pile, then use a bucket dustpan to scoop it all up. Remember to put a fabric weed block around all the trees and flowerbeds before you dump and spread your mulch.
Softscaping and landscape lighting
It is preferable to plant some hydrangea as it can soften up your landscape, then invest in some solar light around your flower beds to make them pretty even at night.
