Materials:

  • 2 cups of water
  • 4 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1 – 2 tsp essential oil
  • liquid dye
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

Step 1

Take two cups of water and heat it to about 158 degrees F. Add 4 tbsp unflavored gelatin and stir to dissolve. Once done, set it aside and let it cool to 149 degrees F. Next, take your glass or plastic containers, and divide the gelatin onto each jar.

Step 2

Add 1 – 2 tsp of your favorite essential oil or fragrance in each jar, then add a few drops of liquid dye to give them color. Stir well. After this, stir in 1/2 tsp salt in each jar. Set them aside and leave them for 24 hours to let them set. You can place them anywhere in your home and make the space smell fresh 24/7.
