Cut a sheet of freezer paper. Find the shiny side and place it on your work surface shiny side up.
Get a piece of tissue paper and cut it to size. Crumple it up really well a couple of times. Be careful when doing it as you don’t want to tear it up. Gently open and flatten. Place it shiny side up on the freezer paper.
Take your iron. Turn off the steam function and set on the hottest setting. Once hot, gently iron the the tissue paper. Make sure not to iron the freezer paper!
Flip it over and iron the other side (back of the freezer paper). Let it cool. If you want to add dimension, use the distress oxide.
Put a thin layer of mod podge to the tissue side using a large brush. Once done, let it dry. Cut the excess freezer paper.
