Ingredients:

• 3 lbs gold potatoes, washed and halved
• 1 stick of butter, melted
• 14.5 oz chicken broth
• 1 envelope of onion soup mix
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
• fresh chives and parsley, chopped
• grated parmesan cheese, for garnish

Directions:

Step 1

Place the washed and halved potatoes in the slow cooker and start seasoning them. Add 1 envelope of onion soup mix, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes. Next, add 14.5 oz chicken broth and one stick of melted butter.

Step 2

Place the lid on the slow cooker, set it on high, and cook for two to three hours or until the potatoes are tender. After cooking, mix them and garnish with freshly chopped chives, parsley, and grated parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy!
