Imagine having all the awesome flavor of wings without the mess, imagine the wing flavor of your wildest dreams in your crockpot! I love cooking anything in the crockpot, why I had never thought of making my favorite party dish Buffalo Chicken Dip in the crockpot is beyond me. I saw a recipe for Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip on Youtube and had to try it, after all, I love all chicken dip and I also love my crockpot so it was an obvious match made in Heaven for me. The recipe couldn’t be easier, I just threw all these ingredients into the crockpot, (no pre-cooking necessary). I used a rotisserie chicken I bought at Sprouts Market and that made this recipe one of the easiest party dips I ever tried making. So easy, I really don’t think you could mess it up even if you tried. I started my Buffalo Chicken Dip by first getting all the meat off my handy rotisserie chicken and put it in a pan. The instructions are so simple you really won’t believe how easy this is!
