Did you know you can easily make baked potatoes in your air fryer? Yes, you can. You don’t need an oven to get these delicious and freshly baked potatoes! These crispy air fryer baked potatoes are perfect for those who don’t own an oven. It is also a great option if you don’t have much time and don’t want to wait for an hour before they are done. The potatoes will turn out crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, perfect with butter or cheese!
If you want the skin to be extra crispy, some people recommend removing them from the air fryer halfway through. Let them cool down for a couple of minutes, rub them with salt, then continue to cook for the rest of the time. It is the perfect side for dinner, as it takes no effort to prepare. You can cook your dinner meal while the potatoes are cooking in the air fryer.

Start by cleaning the skin of the potatoes and remove the dirt as much as you can. Once done, pat them dry.
Using a sturdy fork, pierce the potatoes in several places so they don’t explode.
Place the potatoes into the basket of the air fryer and pour olive oil to each one. Rub them all over the skin.
Air fry the potatoes at 400F for about 45 minutes.
Once done, transfer to a plate and slice in half. Season with salt and pepper, then spread some butter.
